Fruit fillers

     Fruit and berries are irreplaceable source of vitamins, pectins, fruit cellulose and iron. Our technology of fruit-berry fillers production allows to offer the products with high organoleptic, microbiological and physico-mathematical characteristics, with maximal preservation of useful substances of fresh berries and fruits.

 

     We use completely closed system of fruit processing. The finished product is immediately packed in aseptic package that gives greater guarantee of fillers preservation. To carry out thorough quality control, a specimen product of every batch is stored till the expiry date. Laboratory examines the changes of fillers (colour, taste, aroma, consistence) during the period of storage. Analysis results help to improve the formulation of fruit fillers, maximally reduce the loss of gustatory and other organoleptic characteristics.
