Frozen and aseptic berries
The technology of fast freezing does not provide using of aromatizers, colouring agents and preserving agents, that is why the frozen berries are not only tasty, but also useful products, and even quite safe for the children’s food. Besides, berries can be stored at temperature -18˚C for 1 year without losing any useful substances.
The berries are thoroughly cleaned and classified before freezing. Sparing treatment of berries is carried out in compliance with own methodology of "AGRANA Fruit Ukraine".
Computer-aided cleaning, assorting and calibrating lines exclude the ingress of green or rotted berries, fruitstem and garbage. Calibrated berries undergo the colour control and they are ready for freezing, and afterwards for the packaging line.
Freezing of berries is done in the tunnels of deep freezing. The technology of fast freezing allows preserving not only the external form of the products, but also taste, aroma and useful properties which are maximally close to the fresh berries.
