In order to get fruit filler of the best quality we think over and take into account all the necessary details – selection of raw material, personnel training, quality control of the finished production, creation of the developed system of distribution.
Production process of FF contains the preparation of fruits (defrosting), pasteurization, addition of supplementary ingredients, necessary for giving the product the required physicochemical and gustatory-aromatic characteristics.
After boiling, packaged fillers are placed within 3 days in the quarantine zone till the moment of readiness for the microbiological and physicochemical tests.
