Puree and juce concentrates

     We produce the concentrated juice and puree for the juice industry and children’s food with high percentage of soluble dry substances that is the evidence of maximal preservation of vitamins and minerals. Puree, made on the basis of frozen or fresh berries, differs with its natural taste and aroma.
     The concentrated juices and purees undergo laboratory analysis for organoleptic, microbiological and physicochemical characteristics.
