Frozen and aseptic berries

     Freezing is an optimal way of preservation such perishable goods as berries. Up to 98% of minerals and vitamins are preserved in the frozen berries. Technology of fast freezing does not provide using the aromitizers, colouring agents and preserving agents, that is why the frozen berries are not only delicious and useful, but also quite safe products even for children’s food. Besides, berries can be stored at temperature -18˚C foe 1 year without losing any useful substances.
    “AGRANA Fruit Ukraine” carries out the freezing and delivery of garden and wild-growing berries (bilberry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, red and black currants, cherry, black chokeberry). Using the modern technologies of fast freezing, we offer the high-quality products at optimal prices. The berries are thoroughly cleaned and classified before freezing. Sparing treatment of berries is carried out in compliance with own methodology of Agrana Fruit Ukraine.
Computer-aided cleaning, assorting and calibrating lines exclude the ingress of green or rotted berries, fruit stems and garbage. Calibrated berries undergo the colour control and they are ready for freezing, and afterwards for the packaging line.
    Freezing of berries is done in the tunnels of deep freezing. The technology of fast freezing allows preserving not only the external form of the products, but also taste, aroma and useful properties which are maximally close to the fresh berries.

     Fast-frozen berries in compliance with the methodology of “AGRANA” are:
